Crystal Schainuck, known to young readers as Wildlife Crystal, is a wildlife specialist, dog psychologist, and lifelong animal advocate with a passion for inspiring the next generation of planet protectors. With over 15 years of experience in storytelling, animal rescue, and environmental education, Crystal brings real-world knowledge to her fun and educational video content and heartfelt children’s books.
She is the creator and star of the popular YouTube series Wildlife Crystal, which teaches kids about animals and conservation in exciting and accessible ways. Her educational book series, “How to Save A…”, combines adventure, empathy, and eco-awareness; empowering children to care for animals, protect nature, and take action in their own communities.
Crystal is also the founder of Crystal Clear Beaches, a grassroots movement dedicated to ocean cleanups and environmental outreach. Whether she’s rescuing dogs, diving with octopuses, or teaching schoolchildren about wildlife, Crystal believes every child has the power to change the world, one kind choice at a time.
